Which are the features of Geka´s Two-cylinder hydraulic Ironworkers?
The hydracrop series is part of Geka´s two cylinder punching machines range. It is a Hydraulic series that has 5 Geka punching machines within it: Hydracrop 55, 80, 110, 165 and 220. These ironworkers have 5 working stations for different purposes and that can be used simultaneously: punching, notching, shearing flat bars, angle cutting and shearing round and square bars. All of them have a gooseneck die holder and two different versions with different sizes, capacities and concrete specifications for cutting rims with 45° flange cut. They also have the following features:
- Punching station: independent guided punching cylinder with an anti-rotation system and space for mounting optional or customized tools.
- Shearing and cutting station: progressive shearing of round and square bars with minimum material deformation. Possibility of angle cutting in rim station with multiple options for UPN, UPE, IPN or IPE type profiles.
- Bar shearing station: cutting of solid bars.
- Notching station: rectangular notching with standard table. Optional triangular notching or tube notching.
- Angle cutting station: patented rectilinear motion system for cutting angles without deformation or loss of material.
